Pumpkin Pie Bowl


‘Tis the season for pumpkin spice and everything nice! I whipped up this recipe to curb my pumpkin pie craving, and I was 100% satisfied. If you are anything like me, you’ll want to “healthify” seasonal treats as much as possible. Do yourself a favor and try out this irresistible pumpkin pie bowl recipe for a breakfast or a power snack.


1 cup Almond Dream low-fat yogurt (vanilla or coconut flavor)

1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree

1 tbsp maple pumpkin butter* or plain almond butter 

Sprinkle On Top:

Cinnamon spice

Chia seeds, flax seeds, granola, and/ or nut medley

I used Ann’s House Soy Energy Blend* (soy nuts, almonds, pumpkin kernels, and sweet cranberries)
