I made this slaw for the first time a few days ago, and it instantly made me feel 100% fresher, lighter, and healthier.

With cold season upon us, it’s always an apprehensive feeling to wake up with a sore throat or stuffy nose. While the common cold lasts about 7-10 days, there are natural, creative ways to try and make it as quick as possible.
